- Source and track candidate information via Procom's proprietary search and tracking tools, as well as Internet Job Sites (Monster, Workopolis and LinkedIn)
- Implement full recruitment lifecycle including conducting in depth pre-screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
- Contact candidates to discuss opportunities, salary/rate negotiations, as well as setting up interviews and job offers, etc
- Established relationship with candidates through coaching, mentoring and negotiating job search strategy and career development
- Work alongside account managers in building relationships with client hiring managers, HR department and internal contacts all the while listening attentively and meeting their hiring goals and needs
- Conduct contractor signups including client specific orientation processes, internal online timesheet system, business setup and coaching (sole proprietor or incorporated entity) and direct deposit setups
