I am an entrepreneur by spirit who has been in the recruitment industry for the past 10+ years. My experiences have made me very agile to adapt, endure, persevere, evolve, and succeed.

With a decade of experience in the staffing industry, a present role as a an employment recruiter at Recruiting and Resources and a background as the owner of my own recruiting business, my focus is on servicing candidates and clients in all industries.
Understanding that often there are only a few qualified candidates, I use my many years of industry knowledge, background and network to quickly gain credibility with all my candidates and to properly represent all my clients - ultimately resulting in long-term relationships and a positive outcome for all.
