Having been a Senior Business Development and IT Recruiting Industry Consultant with a 16 year accomplished career track record, he understands what the number one thing recruiters look for, REFERRALS, and that social media can be a powerful referral recruitment tool, IF USED CORRECTLY.
Eric is known for creating strong relationships and delivering solutions, within the highly competitive recruitment and technology industries, and his main goals are two things:
1. Teach recruiters (both corporate and third party) how to gain "permission based access" into people's personal networks for the purposes of social referral recruitment.
2. Teach both active and passive candidates how to find a job and earn referral fees by utilizing social media.
