My expertise is in helping seasoned professionals locate freelance, contract-to-hire and direct hire opportunities, and on the flip side, assisting technology, marketing, advertising, creative and entertainment companies in finding qualified, highly skilled talent to fulfill their hiring needs.
The roles I focus on are within the web development, creative, advertising and marketing industries. It's an excellent opportunity for me to stay in touch with my advertising agency and marketing roots and enables me to have a well-rounded understanding of a clients and a job-seekers needs.
I’ve filled a variety of positions within large, enterprise level corporations as well as within small, boutiques and start-ups, and everything in-between. I love to talk, but I am a great listener as well, so I do my best to match not only a person’s skill set, but also their personality – because culture fit is just as important as being able to do the job well.
Mobile/tablet design and development are in high demand right now so I’ve put a bit more emphasis on my recruiting efforts in these areas. Of course, I also continue to actively recruit and place candidates in the areas of UI/UX/IA, Web Development, Social Media, Advertising, Marketing and Design.
