I'm responsible for administering and managing all recruitment efforts and ATS implementation, along with sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. I work with managers, helping them to identify job requirements, complete compensation analysis and create interview guides to assist in talent acquisition. Along with enhancing existing role descriptions and analyzing new positions, I assist in creating and implementing competitive compensation plans that support IQNavigator’s talent acquisition, development and retention objectives. I'm also responsible for Independently leading HR projects from design and development through company-wide implementation; participate as subject matter expert on special projects.
