I had been working in the IT industry for 10 years. I have managed both hardware and software projects. In 2009 after being part of the country's large unemployment percentage for way too long, I decided to switch careers and to become a Recruiter. That was one of the single best decisons of my life! I have a passion for people and I now get to talk with and interact with different people every single day! And it is my JOB to NETWORK! And life is good! I am actually happy to get up and come to work everyday (although I do still have a wonderous affair going on with my snooze button)!
