Induction, Documentation,Orientation and Performance Review:

  • Conducting Induction-Presentation for the new joiners about the Company and its policies in brief.
  • Communicating with the new recruits for smooth transition while coming on board.
  • Ensuring the completion of joining formalities.
  • Regular feedback and coordination with respective department heads/ immediate superior/ mentor with respect to the performance review of new joiners.
  • Responsible for initiating back ground verification for all the employees and do check the status of background report before they join. Partial Induction is also covered.
  • Handled payrolls of staff, Leave approvals, looking after administration of offer letter & Salaries, Increments, and Arrears payments etc of employees, assisted manager General & Administration in preparing salary statements of employees.
