By building extensive knowledge of the Operations market, she identified talent pools within this space and successfully fulfilled contingent mandates.

Joanna’s now focuses mainly in the area of Information Technology for banking. Her recruitment remit was building the support desk for each bank’s cutting edge trading platforms within front office. This fast pace area led her to specialise in Application Support, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Infrastructure and Programmers.
