Zac has over 13 years experience within the recruitment industry and has had a focus on recruiting senior management positions across both the Public and Private sectors. Having joined IPA in 2009, Zac’s focus is on securing and maintaining strong relationships with clients whilst ensuring the provision of “best fit” candidates for senior level roles. Zac has demonstrated experience in scoping, implementing and delivering Executive and Senior level recruitment campaigns whilst promoting his clients as “Employers of Choice”. Zac is also responsible for the hands-on management, coaching and development of IPA’s sales staff nationally in order to ensure achievement of designated territory revenue and profit targets.
