Fox Rehabilitation is a private practice of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists who provide rehab services primarily in an in-home setting or Assisted Living Facility, and with recent addition of services at our skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, and pediatric settings. We help patients restore the quality of life they deserve and desire. Our focus is the rehabilitation of lives, delivered through evidence-based therapy, with innovative and proactive treatment. Fox Rehabilitation employs over 800 clinicians who provide care in 9 states. Fox was the first to deliver Geriatric House Calls™ to the older population under Medicare Part B, a model that permits providing the correct intensity and duration of care as indicated by need.  Today, we provide over 14,000 Geriatric House Calls a day, and we are continuing to grow!

As a Clinical Career Specialist, my role is to partner with Regional and Senior Regional Directors in expediting recruitment efforts of Physical and Occupational Therapists, as well as Speech Language Pathologists. I am responsible for supporting all phases of the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing techniques, interviewing, coordinating offers, and on-boarding. Through collaborative and creative talent acquisition strategies, our goal is to recruit the very finest clinicians and provide them with the autonomy they need to rehabilitate lives.
