She has worked in a variety of industries including management consulting, professional services, Big 4, Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical, Financial Services/Trading, Technology Start-Up and Software Development.
Her searches have included Google sales engineers, AWS/cloud DevOps, software engineers, technical architects, project managers and user experience professionals.
Formerly the director of talent acquisition at AHEAD, LLC, Angie was responsible for enhancing, managing and executing overall company talent acquisition strategy to meet the firm’s high-growth people needs. She also worked to improve and execute policies, procedures and tools for effective and seamless candidate sourcing, recruiting and hiring and led employment branding and social recruiting efforts to create candidate awareness and engagement using Glassdoor, Twitter and LinkedIn. She also was responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategy for Clarity Consulting and Maven Wave Partners.
