I currently work for PEAR Recruitment which I helped create at the start of 2010.  We specialise within all aspects of Estate Agency Recruitment covering London and Home Counties.  We have a diverse range of Clients from up an coming agencies to large well established private and corporate agencies.  The same applies to our candidates and we can source anyone from Junior to Director level.

Although the vast majority of our roles come from the residential sector for Sales and Lettings, we also have strong demand from Commercial, Investment and International clients which we are always keen to assist with their recruitment needs.

Prior to working in Recruitment I also worked within Residential Sales in North London, where I was fortunate to work for one of London's best known agencies and becoming a high achiever throughout my career.
