Starting as a Vendor selling the benefits of partnering with a Recruitment Advertising Agency to HR Departments, then moving to the Media as the National Classifieds/Help Wanted Manager at the 2nd largest print and online publication in the Country to currently functioning as the Client working as a Recruiter at the largest medical center (960 licensed beds) west of the Mississippi, has provided me unique perspectives and an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources from all sides.
