Nick has delivered IT staffing and recruiting solutions the past fifteen years, to organizations ranging from early-stage start-ups to the Fortune 500. He has extensive experience in all aspects of IT staffing and direct hire recruiting, including business development, account management, talent acquisition and management, and customer service.

Nick leads the Staffing Solutions Group at Marquam Group, a software solutions firm and Microsoft Managed Partner founded in 1998. Marquam Group helps their clients in the key areas of enterprise collaboration, business intelligence, custom development, and staffing solutions. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon with additional offices in Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah, Marquam Group supports clients throughout the Western United States.

Previously, he led the acquisition of a web development and creative services staffing firm by NexSys Group, enabling a business model and market pivot to software staffing, and leading the combined organization to profitability in the second month of operation.

Prior to NexSys Group, Nick served as Vice President of Omnibility, Inc., a software solutions firm founded in 1997, and was responsible for the formation of Omnibility’s Strategic Staffing team. Additionally, he has held additional senior business development and talent acquisition roles several other regional and national IT staffing organizations, including a publically-traded Silicon Valley-based firm that is now part of Kforce, Inc.
