Michael Boyle is an accomplished senior executive. He has over ten years of leadership experience in the staffing and workforce management industry. He has extensive experience in business development, strategic and tactical planning, contract negotiations, sales, marketing, project management, and business analysis. Prior to joining MDT Technical, Michael was a Regional Managing Director at Spherion, an international recruiting and staffing firm, where he managed multiple, highly successful offices. He focused on information technology, accounting, finance, sales and marketing recruiting for both temporary and direct hire placements. Michael also held a leadership role with Kforce where he oversaw the daily operations and management of the Philadelphia office covering markets in Delaware, Southern New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Prior to his tenure in the recruiting business, he worked at a major financial services firm.

As a recognized expert in the staffing industry, Michael has had the opportunity to share his knowledge and marketplace expertise through articles printed in the Examiner, Business Journal, and Wall Street Journal. He was interviewed as an industry expert on Career TV in 2009 and by Wall Street Analysts for GuidePoint Global.

Michael is an active community member who dedicates his time to various boards and fund raising initiatives. He was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Mid Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants (MAAPC) and currently sits on the School Fund Raising Board for St. Bernadette's School in Drexel Hill, PA. He also is a key member of the Reunion and Fund Raising Committee for Monsignor Bonner in Drexel Hill, PA. Michael has a deep commitment to giving back and enjoys using his success to help better his community.
