Currently focus on the design, implementation and management of Parallel HR’s internal community via the use of social media. Also am responsible for process management as it relates to sourcing, applicant tracking, account management and internal communication. Here is how all of this actually breaks down:
Design and document best practices for sourcing, applicant tracking and placement processes.
Design and document account management processes.
Train new and existing hires on said best practices.
Implementing an enterprise social network (ESN) to promote and establish socially optimized business processes and practices. This includes promoting internal communication, collaboration; in addition to employee awareness of social media marketing, branding and external community management efforts.
