I have ownership of recruitment for the Sales and Marketing function across Europe as well as providing generalist recruiting support to the 4 UK sites 

Responsible for candidate sourcing and screening through to offer acceptance. Building relationships with all levels of the Catalent business, adding value to other departments via high quality internal recruitment.

Diverse resourcing strategy development with a focus on improving quality of hire and time to hire.
Skilled in sourcing tactics, candidate assessment, compliance, hiring standards, employment branding practices and corporate hiring initiatives.
Management of Application tracking system and recruitment database.
