I fell into recruiting back East, by way of the environmental industry when asbestos and lead abatement was all the rage. After running a testing lab, I tried her hand at recruiting; placing individuals to remediate hazardous waste sites. I quickly realized that I loved being the cog in helping individuals move ahead in their careers. Fast forward 15 years (via a variety of verticals and a volume of victories) to the west coast where I cut my teeth in the creative space.
