Greg Hickman is President and founder of Global Recruiters of Sugarloaf. Global Recruiters of Sugarloaf is a retained and contingent search firm focused on recruiting and placing General Management, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance Executives both in Canada and the United States. Prior to founding the business, Greg had 23 years of experience with US Foodservice and its predecessors, Alliant Foodservice and Kraft Foodservice.

Greg started his career in a Kraft Foodservice Management Training program and progressed through their Merchandising and Marketing organization. He was promoted to a Market President position in 1995 and advanced into leadership positions of increasing responsibility including an upstart Midwest Region President for US Foodservice, where he built and led a team in performing a significant financial turnaround.

In his last position with US Foodservice, Greg served as Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, Greg reported to the CEO where he had full P&L responsibility for a $17 billion business and was accountable for over 24,000 Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations associates. In addition, Greg was a member of the Executive and Operating Committees where he participated in developing and executing the Company’s Long Term Business Strategy which led to the successful sale of the Company to Private Equity.
