HISTORY OF THE BRADFORD GROUP

 

Founded in 1976, The Bradford Group/Bradford Healthcare is a multi-division executive search firm located in Midtown Manhattan and Fort Lauderdale, Fl;orida.  The company was founded by Michael J. O’Mara with the goal of providing the finest client and candidate relationships.

 

Mr. O’Mara joined the staffing industry in 1974 upon graduation from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts.  He began his career as a recruiter with Snelling & Snelling Personnel Services, known at that time as the world’s largest personnel service.  He has attended numerous training and educational seminars during his 30+ year career in the recruiting industry.  Additionally, he has been a speaker at the National Association of Personnel Services and has consulted and trained other managers and recruiters from throughout the country in allied health care talent acquisition.
