The relationships I build with my clients are the basis for my success. I am able to ask the right questions, capture the key elements of their jobs, and grasp their corporate culture. This in-depth knowledge allows me to present only those candidates that I feel are a perfect match. When I do not have a perfectly matched candidate, my team and I go into full direct recruiting / executive search mode until we find “the right” candidate. After this process I usually then present anywhere from one to three qualified candidates to my client(s). I make every effort to only present candidates that I feel have the necessary experience and the right personality that will fit in well with my client's corporate culture.
