I spend many hours networking with individuals. My goal is to find a great fit not only for my clients but the people that work with as well. Work experience and skill sets are important but just as important is the soft skills that are not as easily seen. I would rather walk away from a deal than have someone come on board and not be happy. I also help provide information on the job market. I work in many different industries and learn alot about what trends are going on. I use this information to help my clients and individuals that I work with.
