Chief Talent Officer, LLC is one of the leading talent acquisition solutions search firms in Southern California.  Our vast recruiting experience over the past 15 years has given us the ability to meet our clients hiring needs efficiently and effectively.   Our firm specializes in Legal, Finance, and Accounting recruiting, but has grown to doing retained and contingent searches from the "C" level to Management in Legal, Human Resources, Information Systems, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

We provide our clients with full service staffing solutions, ranging from interim and contract placement to temporary to permanent recruitment, on both a contingent and a partial retainer basis.
