Andrew joined ConnectedGroup as Director of Technology in 2011 and leads three divisions of managers and consultants who focus on recruiting IT and technology professionals in Financial Services and Banking, Commerce IT and High Technology. Before joining ConnectedGroup, Andrew specialised in senior search and selection for a London based international recruiter where he held a number of posts including Director Hong Kong/Asia Pacific. In addition, Andrew has six years' experience of IT recruiting for MNCs and domestic organisations across Europe. Before working in search and selection, Andrew's experience encompasses Business Services and the Education Industry. Andrew's academic background is modern languages and studied in the UK, France and Italy. Andrew continues an active interest in international leadership development.
