I have been active in the staffing & recruiting industry since late 2004. I focus exclusively on healthcare related employment. Working with dentists, physicians, mid-levels, allied, and other healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities I have encountered much success in my niche by developing and implementing an effective and efficient recruiting strategy.

Over my career, I have held various positions within a staffing firm, including "rainmaker", recruiter, manager/ client relations.

Since 2008 I have been acting as Director/ CEO of Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting in Portland, OR.

I have also gone a step further to assure quality, compliance, and excellence when addressing healthcare careers and staffing needs. In 2010 Health-Assure Staffing made effective its "certified recruiter" policy.

EVERY recruiter employed or contracted with Healthassure Staffing, LLC Must be certified either through the Nation Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) or a Physician Recruiter Consultant (PRC), or by the American Staffing Association (ASA) as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).
