Chris joined Pathways Personnel in 1996 and has over 17 years of recruiting experience. He took over as president and owner of Pathways Personnel in February, 2005. Still an active recruiter himself, Chris specializes in the placement of paralegals, litigation support professionals, contract attorneys and all levels of corporate and law firm management on a contract and direct hire basis. Prior to coming to Pathways Personnel, Chris was with a large international staffing corporation for one year. Prior to his recruiting days, Chris spent four years as a litigation paralegal at a large San Francisco law firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Florida State University and a paralegal certificate from Saint Mary's College in Moraga.
