Her passionate commitment to diversity recruitment has manifested itself in the development of robust college internship programs, executive-and mid-level diversity management social networking systems, minority scholars mentoring program, high school co-op program, development of three career websites for Fortune 100 organizations, employment branding campaigns, revamp of college and professional outreach program for Johnson Controls, implementation of “Applicant Tracking Systems” (Taleo, Webhire, Peoplesoft, Brassring) and community relationship outreach.  Indeed, Lynn’s entire career has been focused on talent management and developing relationships with stakeholders.

 

Lynn received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University Wisconsin-Whitewater with distinguished honors. In addition, she has a PHR Certification from the National Society of Human Resource Management. Lynn is serving on the Board of Directors for Milwaukee Metro Human Resource Management Association (SHRM) and was past Chair for the Wisconsin State Diversity Program Committee.  Lynn has continued her ongoing education by attending strategic leadership seminars, classes in the field of HR and several training sessions/classes.
