Recruitment has been my passion since I started my career in the industry in 2006. What drives this passion for me is the satisfaction that I receive from building connections, whether it be with a candidate that I interview, a manager that I interact with or a random person that I meet on the street. It amazes me to see the many different ways that we are connected and the trust that is created by helping people. I enjoy developing relationships in my daily life and helping people find employment while satisfying the needs of an organization, I reach a feeling of fulfillment. Currently working as the Corporate Recruiter at J.D. Irving, Limited, which is a diverse family owned company with operations in Canada and the United States. For over 125 years our focus has been on providing quality service and products to customers around the world.Our 7 operating business divisions include: Forestry and Forest Products, Transportation, Shipbuilding and Industrial Marine, Retail and Distribution, Industrial Equipment, Construction Services & Building Materials, Specialty Printing , Consumer Products.

As the Corporate Recruiter, I am in charge of all recruiting responsibilities for the 4 Moncton, N.B. based businesses of the Irving Organization. These include: Cavendish Farms, Midland Transport, Irving Consumer Products and our Corporate Division in Moncton. I staff for all positions from Senior Management to Engineering to Labor focused opportunities.
