As a former practicing attorney and experienced legal recruiter, I understand the unique challenges law firms, corporations, non-profits, and government entities face when searching for the right legal talent. I also understand the various career challenges and choices attorneys face at different stages in their careers and why and when particular opportunities might make sense.
In addition to my legal and recruiting experience, I worked at Corporate Executive Board/Corporate Leadership Council in Washington DC where I focused on a variety of human resources issues, including strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
I earned my J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and my undergraduate degree in English from Indiana University. I am a Past President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) Foundation Board and am also active in the Atlanta Bar Association. I enjoy volunteering with IU Student Recruitment in Atlanta as well as serving on the local IU Alumni Board.
