

Over the years I have been responsible for all aspects of identification, placement and management of contract and permanent employees. The isgSearch identification process includes referral networks, internal databases and corporate job boards to identify potential candidates for our clients. Over the years, I have personally developed new and creative recruiting techniques to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement positions.
As a Senior Account Manager, I am responsible for the entire lifecycle of candidate screening to ensure their qualifications meet client requirements. Our team of recruiters conduct technical assessments, on-site interviews, reference checks and background investigation. We present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms on behalf of our best clients.
My management responsibilities include the preparation of job specs in conjunction with hiring manager requirements. I also lead our team efforts in designing statements of work, RFS/Bid Pricing for government and private sector assignments, and mentoring recruiters on behavioural interviewing techniques and best practices.
