Responsibilities:
• New client acquisition
• Developing and Managing client accounts
• Requirement analysis and research
• Ensuring business requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with client's Talent Acquisition team and Management.
• Sourcing of relevant resumes against requirements.
• Short listing and filtering of candidates.
• Briefing candidates on the interview process.
• Team management; leading and mentoring team members
• Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
• Involved in strategies and planning recruitment process.
• Experience in the day to day operations of the company.
• Good exposure to hiring in all major technology platforms.
• Post interview follow up and on boarding of candidates.
