-I am responsible recruiting and submitting candidates for various IT and professional positions in Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN.

-Responsible for using internal database, job boards, candidate referrals, and networking events to find candidates

-Help with training of new Recruiters

-Assist other Recruiters with their candidates when they are out of the office.

-Conduct initial phone screenings, in-house interviews, and reference checks

-Fill positions for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions

-Manage on-site contractors by keeping up with hours

-Work with Account Manager to assist client managers regarding feedback, setting candidate interviews, scheduling sales meetings, and taking job requirements.
