Overview

• Full life-cycle recruitment on cleared technical positions on Federal Government contracts to include: Systems Engineers, Principal Engineers, Technical Architects, Systems/ Software Developers, Intelligence Analyst, Acquisition Support and Program Managers etc.

• Clients: USAF, DIA, DTRA, NGB, WHS, Maryland Procurement Office, DC AIR National Guard, FAA, L3, CSC, BTA. Clearances - Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI w/ Poly for access to SCIF’s (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities).

• Consulted and coordinated with Program Managers in developing staffing requirements, creating job descriptions, determine funding levels, creating a pipeline of candidates, and conduct interviews.

• Interact daily with Defense industry Executives as well as Top level Government and Military leaders.

• Compiled and organized candidates resume data in creating a Recruitment log for use by company employees to easily identify key skills/certifications /clearance levels.

• Worked directly with VP of Technology and Capture Manager in the development, writing, review, and production of the business opportunity proposals.
