I have a rapid, aggressive but professional sourcing technique, and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry I work in.

I have previously worked in account management and in-house roles, the sourcing of specialised engineers and business/engineering discipline leaders, from around the globe to suit requirements for start ups, international JV's and existing Tier One contractors.

My existing contacts are truly Global, and my personal preference is working on the 'hard to fill' roles, that are not skills organic to a companies geographic location, usually requiring an international or regional search engagement.
