- 6+ years of Recruitment experience in various software/Information Technology organizations.
- Extensive experience on US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Extensive experience in full process of US Staffing/Recruitment (Recruitment, Placement/Marketing, Generation of new Leads/Business Development).
- Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1b, EAD, GC, TN, Citizen).
- Extensive experience in contract staffing and permanent staffing.
- Extensive experience in working on various job boards like Dice, Monster US, Hot Jobs, CareerBuilder, Corp to Corp, Computer Jobs, Gadball, etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical background and result oriented team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
