I consider myself a lucky person, because I really love my job! I've been a technical recruiter since 2000 enjoying experiences as an in-house recruiter--building a company's success by hiring talented professionals, as well as working for recruiting firms--hiring candidates with highly diverse backgrounds for start ups and Fortune 100 companies nationwide.

Most of my recruiting career has centered upon IT, manufacturing, engineering, and other high tech professions. However, I feel comfortable working with people in any industry, any occupation, and any location. In fact, I work out of CTG's Tucson, AZ, office, but I primarily support our clients in Austin, TX, and Bentonville, AR.

When I'm not recruiting (even though a recruiter's work is NEVER done), I enjoy random nerdy hobbies such as collecting Star Wars and horror movie replicas, playing with my lovable smelly dog, going to concerts (music is vital to me), lots of reading (I am an English major, after all), and traveling as often as possible.
