Joni Fisher brings a myriad of experience to your Organization to include extensive Immigration, Human Resources, Recruiting, Travel/Relocation, Marketing and Business Development. Her unique blend of experience, consultative approach, management style, and far-reaching vision enable her to continually build on the loyalty of her customers and clients.

Joni began her career managing several divisions of ConAgra Foods and, thereafter, moved to Southern California where she held positions of increasing responsibility for multinational organizations including Adidas, Nike, Arena USA, Le Coq Sportif, MGS, GVS, Fragomen, and Keane.

Ms. Fisher has close ties to the Human Resources profession, having directed the efforts of immigration, relocation, National/International Recruitment and travel/relocation teams. Joni’s team of professionals provided the utmost in customer care to over 450 foreign nationals. Ms. Fisher experienced first-hand a truly global mindset encompassing the cultures of Germany, India, Singapore, Italy, China, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France, Israel, Egypt, Belgium, England and Iran. Joni has traveled extensively to present and speak to multinational organizations regarding immigration, relocation and the on-boarding process.

Past affiliations include the French, Hispanic, Korean, Vietnamese, Santa Ana, and Irvine Chambers of Commerce; the Orange County Business Council; PIHRA; SHRM; and the ABAOC. Ms. Fisher is past PR Chair for Women in Technology and held the formal role of mentor. In addition, Ms. Fisher received numerous awards for her leadership skills and speaking abilities.

Ms. Fisher graduated from National University with a 4.0 gpa, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business & Economics. Thereafter, Joni attended Western State University College of Law located in Southern California.
