Jason Pratt is a 2005 Graduate of Fitchburg State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Jason was a two sport athlete participating in both Football and Basketball. Jason was also a member of the SAAC(Student Athlete Advisory Committee).

After graduation Jason was quickly introduced to the Recruiting Industry and had great success early in his career as an Agency Recruiter. Jason worked as a Division Lead for Treeline Inc. in Wakefield, Ma. In this role Jason worked as both a recruiter and account manager. Jason’s goal was to find top talent for his clients and to find a new and exciting career opportunity for his candidates. In this role Jason was promoted twice, earned both Sales Person and Account Manager of the Month honors on numerous occasions. Before moving on from Treeline Jason ranked as the #1 Sales Person out of 26 Representatives and #3 in Account Management.

Jason utilized his experience and success as leverage to break into an industry he was destined for. Jason joined Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Recruitment and Selection for the North Shore Group in Woburn, Ma. Jason was responsible for growing the Woburn office and managing the entire selection process. In Jason’s time with Northwestern Mutual the North Shore Group won two OARS awards for outstanding results in recruiting and sales.

Next for Jason was the opportunity to take the next steps in his career and join The Prudential as the Manager of Agency Recruitment. In this role Jason was responsible for the entire New England Region that consisted of four offices located in Wakefield, MA, Marlborough, MA, Portsmouth, NH, and Portland, ME. In this role Jason was responsible for the entire selection process in each of the four offices.

Jason Pratt joined the Penn Mutual team in January of 2011 as The Vice President of Recruitment. Jason brings a strong financial recruiting background to our team and he will be focused on the recruitment and growth of our Agency. Jason will manage our selection process as well as help assist in the training and development of our Associate Planners.

Jason currently lives in Gloucester, MA with his wife Kaicia and they have a baby girl named Peyton Sienna.
