As an Associate of Technology Search at Hirestrategy I am responsible for technical recruiting for positions ranging from mid-level to executive search. Within Hirestrategy I work in our permanent placement team so I primarily focus on direct hire positions. Prior to working in the staffing industry I was an Admissions Counselor at my alma mater, George Mason University.
