
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Busch has led hundreds of job searches for nonprofit organizations, foundations, higher education, the Fortune 500, and the consumer goods and technology sectors. Prior to his current leadership role, Braden managed on-site staffing operations at Waterpik Technologies in northern Colorado. Braden has also led executive searches at the director-level in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations for Fortune 500 clients. Braden has practiced full-cycle recruiting and agency staffing operations and branch management, corporate business development, human resources, and was consistently ranked in the top performers at the firms he represented. Prior to his experience in executive search and staffing, he was an operations and business development manager in the corporate housing industry in Florida, developing a portfolio of corporate relocation suites for Fortune 500 executives and clients. Braden spearheaded a government procurement initiative at his first company, landing the largest deal in company history, executing and servicing a multi-million dollar contract, and earning a 99% customer service rating from the US Government.
Braden earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Oregon and he is actively engaged in hiking, swimming, running, snow skiing, Oregon Ducks football, photography, and road trips. Braden actively supports various SF Bay Area charities and he ran his first 1/2 marathon in July 2011 and is training to run another in July 2012.
