Lead and collaborate with the assigned hiring management to develop and implement recruitment strategies for assigned business divisions with a focus in sales and engineering.
Promote Janrain as a company of choice and manage candidate expectations by providing company information around business strategy, history, culture, work environment and job description.
Recruit and fill hard-to-fill, senior-level management, professional and technical positions for assigned business divisions.
Develop and maintain research methodology used to identify candidates for hard-to-fill positions including diverse and non-fee based source strategies.
Develop networks and pipelines to create a database of leads and potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions in advance of need.
Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.
Develop and recomment offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Compensation Policy.
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Recommend or initiate action for staffing initiatives as it relates to market conditions/trends.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Company leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, research and candidate sourcing using traditional and non-traditional methods, pre-screening, referring qualified candidates, networking, relationship management, job analysis, wage and salary trends.
Experience in innovative sourcing techniques including on-line recruiting.
