Ira has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. As a banker, he ran banking operations and technology for Bank of Boston International in New York City. Transferring to the parent organization in Boston in 1975, he established and managed an internal systems and operations consulting group for their international division. His team designed and built a standard core technology product and implemented it world-wide.

In 1985 Ira joined Earnings Performance Group, a premier consulting firm to financial institutions. For over twenty years he managed the delivery of performance improvement engagements for many of the leading banks in the world, driving hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits to their bottom lines.

Ira joined ACG Resources in 2006, where he is a Senior Account Executive and Recruiter.

Ira is a Certified Systems Professional, a member of the Association for Systems Management, represented his organization with BAFT, IFSA, and the International Systems Working Group, served as BAFT Technology Committee co-chair for 2 years, and founded and chaired the NCR Caribbean Users Group. He has also served as speaker or panel moderator at several professional and trade conferences.
