National Recruiting Team Lead
As a Team Lead I am responsible for running daily recruiting meetings, setting daily recruiting focus, mentoring junior recruiters, and managing individual recruiter goals & performance. I work close with our Account Managers and speak directly with clients to better understand their job requirements and hiring goals.
As a Recruiter, I interview and qualify Information Technology professionals for various positions, primarily in the New York/New Jersey job market. I also work with Eliassen Group clients on a national level to assist them with project based hiring needs.
As part of our Agile recruiting team, I work with experienced Agile professionals who work to transform development teams at our client sites. We are always looking to network with experienced Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, QA Leads, QA Engineers, and Developers.
