Upon graduating from the University of the West of England with a BA in Geography, Alun spent 3 years working for a recruitment consultancy in Bristol providing Senior Management and Project and Programme Management professionals for clients in the Financial Services sector.

After spending 12 months working with a start-up company providing tailored outplacement solutions to senior professionals, Alun chose to take a year out to travel the world.

After returning to the UK, Alun joined ISL and has built a new division within the organisation specialising in sourcing the best talent for companies in the Cloud Computing and Saleforce.com industry.

Building on long-standing relationships, Alun has grown the division and is the preferred supplier to a number of SME and corporate clients. He works with an extensive network of highly skilled professionals, allowing him to keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, whilst ensuring that his clients have access to the best candidate’s before their competition.
