Technical Recruiter for Graham Personnel Services, specializing in sourcing and placing excellent candidates with local businesses all over the Triad, within the Information Technology domain.
Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, and responding appropriately to their business needs.
Recruit IT professionals for contract and permanent positions, via cold calls, job postings, user groups, resume boards and referrals.
Conduct phone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews to discuss candidate skill set, determine if the skill set is a match for the client, and negotiate salary/rate.
Submit qualified candidates to client for consideration. If candidate is chosen, process of all contracts and paperwork. When possible, walk new contractors/employees in for first day of employment.
Visit clients to observe the facility and culture, to better identify 'good fit' candidates that will best suit the client needs.
