Before joining Dean Group, Carrie was responsible for managing the Accounting & Finance Division within the Southwestern Ontario market place for 4 years and she has consistently been a top performer. Before moving to the Kitchener/Waterloo area Carrie was a Branch Manager for 10 years with DGS Personnel (a previously owned Recruitment Company of Dean Group, President, Al Saley). Carrie developed an uncharted business territory within the Recruitment Industry which resulted in the successful launch of a new branch. Carrie was instrumental in growing that branch to become a recognized industry leader.
