Mrs. Nicol is currently a Technical Recruitment Specialist for Eagle Professional Resources in the National Capital Region. Mrs. Nicol strives to find and work with top technical talent to place unique individuals in the public and private sectors. Mrs. Nicol works with these individuals to ensure that both the candidate and the client are satisfied with their new shared venture. Presently, Mrs. Nicol is responsible for many facets of the recruitment efforts that take place in Eagle’s Ottawa office. Mrs. Nicol’s has experience and proven track record in: • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates using a variety of different tools/methods, including outreach/diversity efforts, recruiting, networking, and relationship-building with the community-at-large. • Thorough knowledge of Human Right legislation as it relates to interviewing and screening candidates. • Supporting line management with advice and counsel on recruitment processes, with an emphasis on pro-active long term planning, contributing to the ongoing development of ‘best practice’ recruitment strategies. • Well-honed sales skills with the proven ability to meet client and candidate requirements while focused on customer satisfaction.
