A Senior IT/Engineering Staffing Consultant with over 10 years experience in within corporate, staffing and project based consulting firms, Experienced with the entire life cycle of the recruiting from opening a requisition, sourcing, identifying, qualifying, checking references, negotiating offers and anything in between to get a new hire on board.

Possess a solid understanding of the different phases of the SDLC and a familiarity with one or more software development models as well as general project management concepts.
