John brings with him over 10 plus years of IT and Sales Experience including 9 years of full life-cycle recruiting within many niche verticals such as I.T., Telecom, Software Development, Engineering, Semiconductor, Construction, Sales, Healthcare and Research. John received his CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MCSE certifications in 2002. Following school, John worked as a Technical Support Manager for Compact Presario, Inc in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. John began his staffing career in 2005 at Oxford international and worked exclusively in the Telecom industry placing Senior Telecom Engineers at fortune 500 companies such as Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Cingular/AT&T;, Alcatel/Lucent and Cisco Systems. After gaining experience as an individual contributor while working at Oxford International, John was recruited by Eric Fishkind, who at the time was the Executive Vice President at Candidates on Demand Group (CODGI). While at CODGI, he managed a team of Executive Recruiters, performed training sessions and worked with Executives to implement new resources and procedures. In 2009, John went to Vision Group Global Consulting, LLC as a Managing Partner, where he developed strategies for expanding recruitment efforts in Asia within the engineering space. John managed contract and permanent placements in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Manila Philippines. John comes to VGP with the vision to grow the company into a prominent and trusted partner to corporations nationwide.
