Recruitment & Sourcing •Utilize online job boards like Monster, Dice, Corp to corp, Naukri etc to source out consultant, GC, US citizens, H1-B •Maintaining a data-bank of potential candidates. •Constantly calling consultants to check their availability. •Understanding and analyzing the requirements in different skill set categories •Searching the resumes in our own database. •Determined priority of client requirements based on knowledge of sales goals, and client importance to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines. •Technically screening the candidates identifying appropriate technical skillets and short-listing the probable candidate for various skill sets at different levels of expertise aimed at sourcing best of talents •If the consultant is good then forwarding the resume to respective account manager. •Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. •Coordinating, Scheduling and Conducting interviews.
